    We agree on the scope, sources and dashboards. 50% of the setup fee at order.

  2. 2Deployment

    We build and deploy the system, then validate it against your real data. 50% on go-live.

  3. 3Managed operations

    We host, monitor, fix and improve. You pay one all-inclusive monthly retainer.

Pricing

  • Setup: fixed 1,500€ – 3,000€, split 50% upfront / 50% on deployment
  • Monthly retainer: 200€ – 500€ / month, all-inclusive

The retainer covers hosting, software and AI API consumption, corrective maintenance (e.g. adapting to site changes) and support. One invoice, zero surprises.

Questions

Do I need to understand software or cloud?

No. You describe the business outcome. We choose and operate the tools, servers and databases — including AI where it helps.

Who owns my data?

You do — exclusively and confidentially. We process it only to operate your system.

Can I cancel the maintenance?

Yes, with written notice (typically 30 days). We hand back your databases and access in a standard, usable format.
