Founder Pilot is for domain experts who know their business inside out but have no IT team. You bring the workflow and the feedback — we design, build and refine a practical tool around it: dashboards, data pipelines, automations. In exchange for your input and a reference, you get heavily discounted R&D pricing. Where it helps, we use AI as an accelerator — the value is the hours saved, not the technology.

How it works

  1. 1Setup week

    We connect your sources, prototype the pipeline and mock up the dashboard.

  2. 2Beta & validation

    You use the beta in real work. Short weekly syncs to validate output and tune the workflow.

  3. 3Reference & network

    We document the productivity gain as a case study and you introduce two peers who could need the same.

Pricing

  • Setup: fixed 500€ – 1,500€, paid once at signature
  • Monthly: 0€ once you introduce 2 qualified peers

The setup fee filters non-serious inquiries and covers baseline infrastructure. No hidden retainer while you stay an active reference.

What we ask from you

  • One or two short syncs per week during the build to validate results
  • Permission to use measured gains (e.g. hours saved) as an anonymized or public case study
  • Warm introductions to at least 2 colleagues or partners with a similar need

I have zero technical knowledge. Is that a problem?

No — that is exactly the profile. You describe the job to be done and react to what you see. We handle all technical complexity.

Who owns the tool?

You get a perpetual, exclusive right to use the tool configured for your business. Core engines stay ours so we can keep improving them.

What happens after the pilot?

You keep using the tool. Optional hosting and maintenance can be discussed, but there is no forced monthly fee.
